A life in the Crusade is the noblest and most profound path for any human. It is not for the fainthearted or fickle, those who join our order are required to abandon utterly their life before conversion and to give of themselves totally to the will of the Grand Crusader as represented by the High Emissary. Demands upon our Penitents, Ordinands and Emissaries are high, they must be available for public prayer, preaching, battle training and other duties.

Registrar to the Scarlet Crusade.

((The Scarlet Mission is a mid-sized RP guild on the Steamwheedle Cartel (EU) server. Our membership is stable between 40-50 members and on most weekends we tend to have between 10-15 of our number busily active at any one time. We are one of the longest lasting guilds on the server and certainly the oldest Alliance strict RP guild and are very proud of our heritage. The secret of our success is a core of mature adult players who have remained dedicated to our realistic characters for a considerable period of time. As with all guilds we have a slow flow of people joining our ranks, but it is our adult attitude and friendliness that marks us out from other guilds. Unusually for a guild we have never had to actively recruit new members - they come to us.

Our guild has a very strong lore link to the Scarlet Crusade which will itself be changing dramatically in the upcomming expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. We have decided to accept Deathknights as members of our guild but they will have to comply with a strict set of RP rules. They will not be allowed to enter the City of Stormwind and our other members have not been told of their true background. They will act as a suporting troop of soldiers with the rank of "Auxiliary" ranking below our other memebrs and they will fight alongside our Order in RP events outside the City of Stormwind.))
